Non-Refundable Policy for SalesKaro Training and Courses
At SalesKaro, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs that help insurance professionals enhance their sales skills. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following Non-Refundable Policy for all our training and courses:
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for SalesKaro training programs, courses, workshops, and digital content are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Non-attendance or inability to attend scheduled sessions.
- Dissatisfaction with the course content after purchase.
- Incomplete or partial participation in the training.
2. Course Rescheduling & Transfers
While refunds are not provided, we may offer flexibility in the following situations:
- If a participant is unable to attend a session, they may request to reschedule to a future batch (subject to availability and approval).
- Course access may be transferred to another individual, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, where SalesKaro cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following options:
- Rescheduling to the next available batch.
- A credit that can be used for any other SalesKaro training program within six months.
4. Agreement to Policy
By enrolling in any SalesKaro training or course, participants acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy. We encourage all learners to carefully review the course details before making a purchase.
