These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SalesKaro’s training programs and courses. By enrolling in any of our training sessions, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.2. SalesKaro reserves the right to approve or deny any enrollment request.

2. Payment & Non-Refundable Policy

2.1. All course fees must be paid in full before accessing training materials.
2.2. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. (Refer to our Non-Refundable Policy for details).
2.3. SalesKaro reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.


3. Course Access & Attendance

3.1. Participants will receive access to the training materials as per the course structure.
3.2. Live sessions, if applicable, must be attended as per the scheduled time; recordings may be provided at SalesKaro’s discretion.
3.3. Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.


4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
4.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
4.3. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


5. Certification & Completion

5.1. Certificates (if applicable) will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and any required assessments.
5.2. SalesKaro reserves the right to withhold certification for participants who fail to meet the course requirements.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All training content, including videos, presentations, and materials, is the intellectual property of SalesKaro and cannot be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
6.2. Unauthorized use of SalesKaro’s intellectual property may result in legal consequences.


7. Course Modifications & Cancellations

7.1. SalesKaro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or session at its discretion.
7.2. In case of course cancellation by SalesKaro, participants may be offered an alternative batch or course credit.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. SalesKaro is not responsible for any business losses, income loss, or indirect damages resulting from course participation.
8.2. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, as success depends on individual application of learning.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1. SalesKaro respects your privacy and will protect your personal information as per applicable data protection laws.
9.2. Participant data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
